On 9 December, Dunes Capital, together with investment company Capital A and a consortium of intermediaries, acquired the shares in Hampden Insurance Group BV. The main part being Maaslloyd, an insurer operating in the Netherlands for MGA capacity and run-off.

Last December Dunes Capital has acquired a majority stake in PreventVaccins BV. A Dutch Vaccinationspecialist focused on travelers and professionals. Their nurses and doctors advise more than 25,000 travelers annually from 26 locations in the Netherlands. The required vaccinations are also administered directly on location. In addition, HBO / MBO preventive schools and companies are advised and vaccinated via PreventVaccins.
HCV Investments has undergone a name change. This young investment company will be known as Dunes Capital from January 2020.
