Together with a consortium, Dunes Capital acquires shares in Maaslloyd

On 9 December, Dunes Capital, together with investment company Capital A and a consortium of intermediaries, acquired the shares in Hampden Insurance Group BV. The main part being Maaslloyd, an insurer operating in the Netherlands for MGA capacity and run-off.
